NV Energy has a new landlord. Moonwater Capital founder Ofir Hagay bought the power company’s Las Vegas headquarters at 6226 W. Sahara Ave., near Jones Boulevard, for $33.35 million.
The sale closed July 10, property records show. The purchase is among the most notable commercial property deals in Southern Nevada since the coronavirus pandemic upended daily life and devastated the local economy with casino shutdowns and other business closures in March.
