Ofir Hagay

Founder / President & CEO

Ofir Hagay, President & CEO of Moonwater Capital, has over 30 years of experience in real estate development, international business, executive management, and business consulting. Throughout his career, Mr. Hagay has been an entrepreneur and visionary in the real estate industry. 

Mr. Hagay has been extremely active in the Las Vegas office market proven by his acquisition and leasing of 13 large office properties over the past 10 years. Mr. Hagay’s other business endeavors include partnering and consulting in many different industries with well-known companies and partners/clients that include John Deere, USAID, Seaboard Corporation, Volvo Trucks and Bosch.

His many years of international business experience included the ownership and management of office buildings in Bulgaria where he successfully owned and leased the buildings to Price Waterhouse Coopers and to the Embassy of the European Union to ten-year terms. Mr. Hagay resides in Las Vegas, Nevada with his wife and three children.

Bobby Stoyanov

Chief Financial Officer

Bobby Stoyanov has been involved in real estate investment, project management and development in the United States and overseas for more than 25 years. He is a licensed commercial real estate agent in both New York and Nevada. Bobby has been part of the Moonwater Capital family since 2017 and plays an integral role in the company’s continued success and expansion. 

In 2008, Mr. Stoyanov founded Low Heights Ventures (LHV). The company manages 200,000 square feet of commercial real estate in Bulgaria. LHV’s operations include investment sourcing and due diligence for foreign institutional investors in Bulgaria.

From 2005 to 2008 Mr. Stoyanov held the title of Executive Director of Prime Property for BG REIT — the first Bulgarian REIT and one of the largest by market capital. Additionally, Mr. Stoyanov was responsible for some of the fund’s most profitable projects and was instrumental in attracting foreign institutional investors. 

Prior to Prime Property BG, Bobby served as Manager of the Space Management Office of Cornell University Medical College in New York City, whereby he managed more than 2 million square feet of prime real estate. 

Bobby Stoyanov holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from New York University Stern School of Business.

Gal Hagay

Chief Operating Officer

Gal Hagay was born in Israel and raised in Sofia, Bulgaria before moving to The United States with her family in 2003. Gal attended the Dr. Miriam and Sheldon G. Adelson Educational Institute in Las Vegas before moving to the East Coast to further pursue her education. Ms. Hagay attended business school in Boston, MA and graduated from Babson College — the No. 1 school in the United States for Entrepreneurship.

Gal worked as a consultant for Monster Energy, Ocean Spray Cranberries, as well as Fring — a tech company based out of Israel. The mobile VoIP company Fring was started in Tel Aviv and garnered more than 40M users worldwide. Fring was later acquired by Genband for $50M within a year of Gal’s time with the company.

During her time at Babson College, Gal was also one of 20 students selected to pilot the “Study Away” program and study entrepreneurship, technology, and innovation while living in San Francisco for a semester. While living in the Bay Area, Gal worked for a real estate tech startup, Theo. While working at Theo, Ms. Hagay’s emphasis was improving the company’s customer engagement and growth through marketing and branding.

Ms. Hagay’s passion for music and entertainment led her to work for Life is Beautiful, an annual three-day music, culinary, art, and learning festival held in downtown LV & backed by Tony Hsieh. Gal was able to transition from a marketing & operations intern at LIB, to working for the startup festival post-graduation, full time in a business development position where she focused on growing the festival’s sponsorship and brand partnerships.

Gal Hagay has been working for Moonwater Capital since 2016. Ms. Hagay is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Moonwater Capital and she overseas every aspect of the company and Moonwater Capital’s continually growing portfolio.

Don Hagay

Vice President of New Development

Don Yosef Hagay was born in Israel and lived in both Jerusalem and Sofia, Bulgaria before moving to The United States in 2003. Don graduated from the West Career and Technical Academy in Las Vegas with an emphasis in Business Management. During his time in Las Vegas, he held many leadership roles in multiple organizations which included managing and directing over 200 students across 3 states.

Don Hagay continued to pursue his passion for business while attending San Diego State University where he graduated in May of 2019 with a degree in Economics and an emphasis in International Economics. While in college, Don was extremely active in leadership roles within his Fraternity, as well as Philanthropic and Volunteering organizations in San Diego. Don continued his education and interest in international economics by moving to Hong Kong and studying Economics at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Upon graduation, Don Hagay worked as a property and asset manager at SKR Real Estate services through March of 2022. During his time at SKR, Don was closely involved in monitoring and managing all assets, tenant improvements, leasing activity, vendor relations, and all property financial reporting.

Mr. Hagay holds his Broker-Salesperson and Property Management License in the state of Nevada. In addition, Don also holds a Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment certificate from MIT and is certified as a CPTED Crime Free Specialist.

Don Hagay joined the Moonwater Capital team in March of 2022 as Vice President of New Development. Don is currently working on all future industrial, office, and land developments for the company as well directly working with all existing and prospect tenants.

Andy Glendon

Chief Legal Officer

Andrew J. Glendon heads Santoro Whitmire’s transactional and business law practice. Mr. Glendon has a wide variety of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate and limited liability company law, real estate transactions and tax law. Mr. Glendon has been selected as a Rising Star by the Super Lawyers Mountain States magazine for the past several years, and is a frequent lecturer and contributing author on business, real estate and tax law issues.

Mr. Glendon was born and raised in the San Francisco, California, Bay Area and obtained his Juris Doctorate degree (With Distinction) in 1998 from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Mr. Glendon was a member of the Pacific Law Review during law school, serving as Chief Legislation Editor, and obtained practical legal experience while clerking for several law firms in Sacramento, California throughout law school. Mr. Glendon obtained his LL.M. degree in Federal Taxation from New York University School of Law in 1999, during which time he clerked for a major international law firm. Prior to relocating to Southern Nevada in 2000, Mr. Glendon represented corporate clients in the Silicon Valley during the height of the “dot-com” boom, and gained vast experience in a limited amount of time working on pre-IPO capitalization and restructuring transactions.

Mr. Glendon currently maintains a broad transactional and business practice. He previously represented mainly developer-based clients in all facets of their projects, including syndication, acquisition, development and high-end leasing matters. In addition to continuing to represent clients in such matters, Mr. Glendon has more recently become involved in representing clients in loan-workout transactions, as well as providing support in complex business litigation matters and bankruptcy workouts. Mr. Glendon is able to add value to his clients’ transactions based on his knowledge and understanding of the Federal and State tax laws.

Mr. Glendon is licensed to practice in California and Nevada.

Samantha Dugan

Director of Property & Asset Management

Samantha Dugan, has over 30 years of property management experience. Ms. Dugan’s career in property management started in 1987 when she managed the residential and commercial properties owned by her family. Ms. Dugan has worked for several large national and regional companies such as The Witkoff Group, American Nevada Company, Pan Pacific Retail Properties (a publicly traded REIT), and Voit Real Estate Services. Her work experience includes managing over 20 million square feet in 8 states providing services to private investors, corporations, banks, special servicers, and receivers.

In addition to being a licensed Nevada Real Estate Broker and having her Nevada Property Management Permit, Samantha Dugan has also earned her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through IREM and has served on the Nevada IREM’s Board of Directors.  Nevada License # B.0143653.LLC / PM.0164030.BKR
